During my research internship at A*STAR, I worked on developing an AI model to help elementary school students learn their mother tongue. I processed data in both English and Chinese, bridging my technical and language skills. The project was a collaboration with the Singapore Ministry of Education, and it was exciting to see how our work could have a direct impact on improving education.

I also co-authored a research paper as part of this project, which gave me the opportunity to share our findings with the academic community. This internship reinforced my passion for using technology to create meaningful learning experiences and deepened my interest in the intersection of AI, education, and language.
